Welcome to Aerial Access LLC. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Aerial Access LLC provides professional drone photography, aerial videography, 3D virtual tours, and related media services for residential, commercial, and real estate properties.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.

Weather & Flight Restrictions

All drone operations are subject to weather conditions, FAA regulations, temporary flight restrictions, and other safety considerations. If conditions are unsafe or flights cannot legally be conducted, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Property Access

The client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible, ready for photography, and that any required permissions have been obtained before the scheduled appointment.

Delivery

Edited photos, videos, and 3D tours will be delivered electronically after processing is complete. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Copyright & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aerial Access LLC retains the copyright to all images, videos, and digital media created. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for lawful marketing, advertising, promotional, and personal purposes. Media may not be sold, transferred, or altered for commercial resale without written permission.

Safety

All drone flights are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and safety guidelines. Aerial Access LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any flight if conditions are deemed unsafe or if legal restrictions prevent flight.

Limitation of Liability

Aerial Access LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to weather, airspace restrictions, acts of God, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Acceptance

By booking or purchasing services from Aerial Access LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
